SAME DAY DESPATCH
Please note: All orders placed between 2pm on a Friday and 2pm Monday will be processed for despatch (dependent on stock levels and excluding Bank Holidays) on the Monday evening.
We can despatch items same day as long as we receive your order by 2pm that day and the item is in stock (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). If we receive your order after 2pm we will endeavour to despatch it the same day for you. On the rare occasion an item is not in stock we will contact you with the despatch date to allow you to make the decision to either continue with your order or cancel it. Please note that deliveries can take up to 5 days to arrive. In the event of adverse weather conditions which may interrupt the delivery schedule, we will contact you to keep you updated or to rearrange if that is more convenient for you.
Please note that a working day is classed as Monday to Friday and does not include Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday.
Orders under £50 will have various postage options for you to select depending on the weight and size of the items in the basket. Our postage options are:
Economy 1st Class - £3.60. Shipped by Royal Mail. Please note that this option was increased from £1.95 due to an increase in the cost to us.
Standard Next Day - £5.87. Shipped by Courier and will arrive next working day (subject to T&C's, time order was placed and stock levels). No orders will be delivered on a Saturday for Standard Next Day Delivery. This option is available for items weighing up to 31.5kg
There are also premium services available should you require your items before noon or on a Saturday.
Orders over £50 (including VAT, £41.66 ex VAT) are classed as free delivery and you will not be charged unless you would like to select a premium delivery option, there is an oversized item surcharge, or, your postcode is classed outside of Mainland UK as per our Couriers.
These items are too long or bulky to be delivered via our normal couriers. If you have items in your basket that are oversized such as trunking, conduits etc and your delivery address is Mainland UK, your order will be subject to a delivery surcharge of £5.00 including VAT. Please note only one surcharge will be applied as it is charged per order, not per item. If your order is under £50 (including VAT) you will be charged the postage price (depending on which service you choose) plus the surcharge. If your order is over £50 including VAT, the initial delivery charge will be waivered and only the surcharge will apply.
INTERNATIONAL & OFFSHORE DELIVERIES
For shipping to international countries please contact us for the current rates and delivery. None Mainland UK Postcodes and Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, isle of White and the Channel islands will carry a surcharge carriage cost which will be priced on application. Should you place your order for delivery and it is outside of mainland UK and a charge of £5.87 (or £0.00 if over £50) is applied, a member of our sales team will contact you with an accurate delivery quote. Please note that any orders that are classed as offshore as detailed above are changed to a 2 day delivery service.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of your despatch email please contact customer services and we will endeavour to locate your delivery for you.
SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
On receipt of your order please check the items are not damaged (including the packaging) and the full quantity you ordered is there before signing for the delivery. If the goods are signed for in good condition and complete we have no form of being recompensed by the delivery company and the goods are classed as owned by recipient. Please note that we do not under any circumstances accept customer costs for late or missing deliveries.
OPENING YOUR PARCEL
When opening your parcel please ensure you do not damage the original packaging as if it needs to be returned for any reason, the packaging needs to be returned to us and in a resalable condition as explained below.
You may return your goods if they are faulty, you ordered the wrong items, or there are parts missing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that this does not apply to any "special items". Special Items are any items which have been made to order, ordered in specifically if it is a none stock item or cut lengths of cable. All parts of the order including the original packaging, any accessories, free gifts, instruction manuals and the item itself needs to be returned, undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Should you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We then need to receive the goods back to our premises within 14 days of your initial contact to us.
All returns need to include a returns form with the returns number, original order number, details of the reason for return and what action you want us to take such as refund or exchange. Please note we can only exchange like for like. If the item is more or less in value than the original order a new order will need to be placed.
Please note that any refunds issued can take up to 30 days for the customer to receive.

RETURNS - NONE FAULTY
You can cancel your order for whatever reason up to 14 days after your delivery is received. If you do want to return your item(s) please contact us on our customer care helpline or email customer care for a returns number within the 14 days of receipt. Any items that are sent back to us without prior approval and a returns number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the order reaches us and the returns postage cost paid at their expense. We cannot accept liability if an item goes missing in transit when being returned. Please ensure when returning any items to us that the package is to be signed for and can be tracked in case it does go missing. Any items being returned should include ALL parts and accessories including instruction manuals, cables, batteries, and any other item sent with the product. We also require the goods to be in their original packaging and the original packaging undamaged and fit for resale.
Should any part of the goods supplied NOT be returned, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for the full amount/value of replacement item(s). Please take care when packing the items to ensure they reach us undamaged. The customer is liable for the goods until they are received into our warehouse. Any item received back that was damaged in transit (including items and the original packaging) may be subject to a charge. We cannot sell returned items without the original packaging. This charge will be determined once the damage is assessed.
RETURNS - FAULTY
If your goods arrive and they are damaged or faulty please contact our customer care team within 14 days who will arrange for collection of the goods at your convenience or for them to be returned to us, or, via other methods (dependant on the size and weight of parcel) and you will be issued with a full refund or an exchange. If the item(s) can be posted via Royal Mail / Post Office we will issue you with a returns label.
Please note that a lot of our products come with a manufacturers guarantee. In some cases we may need to send your goods back to the manufacturer for investigation if your product develops any defects after the 14 day notice period. Details of your guarantee will be included with your original order package. If your product cannot be fixed by the manufacturer we will replace the product.
