Because of the current temporary measures governing the shipping of goods from mainland UK to Northern Ireland, we cannot guarantee next working day deliveries to any BT postcode.
Additionally, any large and/or bulky orders may require us to process them as if they were orders for export. This is because orders that can be shipped out via a “parcel only” carrier (e.g. DPD - maximum 25kg) are only partially effected by the measures in place, whereas orders that require shipping via carriers that deal with consignments are subject to additional customs checks.
As such, carriage prices for orders to BT postcodes should be considered estimates. If your order can be shipped as a small package, there should be no issues beyond a 1-2 days delay. If your order contains large or bulky items, we may need to cancel your order and contact you directly with a fully accurate cost covering the goods plus shipping.

Please note: A limited range of products for the NI and ROI market will take 2/3 working days to be delivered to NI postcodes and 10/14 working days for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales postcodes as these products are only stocked at our Ireland branch and will require stock transferring over to a UK branch. Due to current high demands, We will try to process and dispatch all orders placed over the weekend period (after 2.30pm Friday) on Monday where possible. But deliveries may be subject to delay and some orders will not be dispatched until Tuesday for Delivery on Wednesday.
On the rare occasion an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an approximate dispatch date which will allow you to make the decision of continuing with you order and waiting for the item to come into stock or cancel the order for a refund. If you do have other items on your order which are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the other products for next working day delivery.
Please note that some deliveries can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
In the event of adverse weather conditions which may interrupt the delivery schedule, we will contact you to keep you updated or to rearrange if that is more convenient for you.
Working day deliveries are Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
We aim to deliver orders over 200kg within 2/3 working days.

Orders over £50 (inc VAT, £41.66 ex VAT) are classed as free delivery and you will not be charged unless you would like to select a premium delivery option, there is an oversized item surcharge, or your postcode is classed as outside of Mainland UK. These items are too long or bulky to be delivered by our couriers using a standard service. Currently our courier will deliver oversized trunking and conduits etc. to Mainland UK addresses, subject to a surcharge of £5.00 inc VAT per order. If the value of your order is over the free delivery threshold, the initial delivery charge will be waived and only the surcharge will apply. Please note, if an order includes multiple oversized items the surcharge will be applied once per order, not once per oversized item.
The following below postcodes are exempt from next working day delivery, and also subject to a surcharge of £8.13 inc VAT per order.

Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands will carry a surcharge carriage cost which will be priced on application.
Should you place your order for delivery and it is outside of Mainland UK and a charge of £5.87 is applied (or £0.00 if it is over £50.00), a member of our sales team will contact you to provide you with an accurate delivery quote.

Any orders to be shipped outside of Mainland UK (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands) that contain cable or an oversized item will need to have the carriage cost priced on application. If you try to process your order through our shopping cart, after entering your payment details you will be redirected to a contact web page. Give our sales team a call who will provide you with an accurate quote as the £5.87 or free delivery option will not stand. This is due to the charges passed onto us by our carriers for deliveries that aren't mainland England, Scotland and Wales. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of your dispatch email please contact customer services and we will endeavour to locate your delivery for you.
If you are not in to receive your delivery and you do not contact us, the goods will be returned to us.
We may have to charge you for re-delivery, as we will be charged by our couriers.
If possible please remember to check your order before signing for the goods.
If there's any discrepancies with your order such as - missing or damaged items, please sign to reflect by signing 'damaged' or 'missing', if possible.
If you do not have time to check your order or the delivery driver is pressuring you to sign, please sign for the delivery as 'unchecked'.
If someone else will be accepting the delivery on your behalf, please ask them to sign as 'unchecked'.
If you have added additional notes at the basket to leave the delivery in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing or get damaged.
