Installation Information
Installation applies only to VEC01 and VEC03 chargers. The offer includes installation for a 10m cable run, including the data cable for load limiting.
Installation Requirements:
- Cable drilled through an external wall and clipped directly to the charger location
- Consumer unit must be compliant and have adequate space
- Installed from an existing DP isolator using a Henley block or from a compliant consumer unit with a spare non-RCD way
- Surge protection, DP Type A RCD and required MCB included
- Charger location must have reliable WiFi access (booster may incur extra cost)
- Installed on a permanent wall or structure
- Includes complete testing, commissioning, setup, and demonstration
- All installations notified to DNO and Building Control, with certification provided
