XIMX 100 Plus is an inline mixed flow fan suitable for loft fitting to extract stale air and humidity from bathrooms and shower rooms.
XIMX 100 Plus has two speeds, selectable at install. The fan comes complete with a convenient mounting cradle, which makes installation or subsequent inspection very straightforward. In addition, the terminal box is accessible, simplifying the electrical connection.
XIMX 100 Plus is a standard fan. This means that it is activated by an external switch (for example a light circuit) and will stop once the external switch is turned off.
