XIMX 100 Plus T is an inline mixed flow fan suitable for loft fitting to extract stale air and humidity from bathrooms and shower rooms.
XIMX 100 Plus T has two speeds, selectable at install. The fan comes complete with a convenient mounting cradle, which makes installation or subsequent inspection very straightforward. In addition, the terminal box is accessible, simplifying the electrical connection.
XIMX 100 Plus T is a Timer Fan. This means that it is activated by an external switch (for example a light circuit) and will overrun for a period (selectable between 2 and 30mins) once the external switch is turned off.
